Ray Gibson is the President/CEO of Gibson Industrial, Inc; the company he founded in 2000. Under his stewardship, the company has grown from a small sheet metal company to one of the largest fabricating and contracting groups on the East Coast. Ray Gibson oversees all company operations both in fabrication and construction services. Mr. Gibson is a second-generation construction expert with over 25 years experience. Previous to Gibson Industrial; he served as Vice President of G.S.M Inc. of Rossville, Ga.
Jim Browne - VP of Field Operations
Jim has more than 16 years experience in Process Engineering primarily in the Paper Industry. He has extensive experience in Capital projects within the Industrial sector. He is a graduate of Wright State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Rocky Turner - Senior Estimator/Project Manager
During his 25+ years in the construction industry, Mr. Turner has held senior management positions with Centennial Contractors, MCC Construction Corp and Ryder Dedicated Logistics Co. He is fully certified all aspects of the construction industry.
Rod Fair - Project Manager
Over 11 years experience in Process Equipment Installation and Systems. Rod has a B.S. Mechanical Engineering degree from Wright State University.
